Guest Policy/Cancelations

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests, please review the following policies before your stay.

 

1. No Smoking

 

All rooms, cabins, and indoor spaces are strictly smoke-free. A cleaning fee will apply if this policy is violated.

 

2. Pet Policy

  • Only designated pet-friendly units allow dogs.

  • All pets must be declared at the time of booking.

  • Dogs must remain on a leash or under immediate voice control at all times.

  • Guests are fully liable for any pet-related damage, disturbances, or injuries.

  • Pets may not be left unattended if they cause noise or disruption. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

 

3. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Late arrivals must be arranged in advance)

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid a 1-night stay cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will be charged if the room cannot be rebooked.

 

4. Minimum & Maximum Stay

  • A two-night minimum applies to all cabins and two-bedroom suites.

  • Maximum stay is 14 nights.

  • Discounts are available for stays longer than four nights (excluding holidays).

  • No additional discounts apply beyond the extended stay rate.

 

5. Damages & Property Loss

  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage, theft, or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay, including damages caused by pets.

  • A $50 fee will be charged for lost keys.

  • The Resort reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any applicable damage or loss.

 

6. Safety & Cleanliness

  • All units are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guest stays.

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully and maintain a clean and safe environment for others.

 

7. Liability Waiver

 

By booking a stay, guests acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with snow, ice, inclement weather, wildlife, and natural disasters.
The Resort is not responsible for personal injury, lost or stolen belongings, or utility outages. In the event of extended utility outages, management may determine early termination of stay without refund.

 

8. Occupancy Limits

  • Guest count must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit.

 

9. Housekeeping

  • Daily housekeeping is not provided.

  • Trash pickup and linen changes are available upon request.

  • For any assistance, contact management at any time.

 

10. Amenities

  • Complimentary WiFi is available at both the motel and cabins.

  • TVs are equipped with streaming capabilities.

  • Please note: There is no cellular coverage on-site — WiFi calling is recommended.

 

11. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.

  • Unless otherwise prearranged, your card will be charged at check-in.
